With April comes spring and warmer weather. This month this Wisconsin family will be pulling out the grill for a few meals. I will also be doing a Fuel cycle in April (you can join me details at the bottom of this post) that will be reflected in the menu. As Always I have designated leftover nights, these are usal nights we have stuff going on and give me a night off from cooking since the kids are able to heat their own food up. Leftover night also helps keep us from wasting food.
I will once again give you prep tips for the month to help make your month run smoothly if you are using this meal plan for your suppers or dinners whatever they may be called in your home. I have planned the weeknight meals to be easy and need little prep, with more work required with some of the weekend meals. Since I work from home I am able to prep daily and make any casseroles in the morning so they are ready to go into the oven in the evening.
I do as much of my daily cooking in the morning while I am getting breakfast for the kids and waiting for drop off of kids to happen. ( I watch children in my home during the week)

Now more on the Fuel cycle, I am turning 34 in May pulse summer is just around the corner, so I am using this Fuel cycle to get a jump on hitting my summer weight. Yes I have a winter weight and summer weight there is around a 5 pound difference and I have learned its just how my body works. Well I thought it would be fun to have some people join me for this fuel cycle, so I have a 4 week group starting April 5. The 1st week will be learning, reviewing and preparing for the fuel cycle, to be honest I do not have a full week planned here as I want to start the Fuel Cycle on a saturday so the FP days are not on the weekend. Week 2-3 will be the fuel cycle. Week 4 is getting back to freestyling your meals without undoing your progress, this is a few days more than a week here. This group will run in a private Facebook setting, with daily accountability and eneragment. It is only $30 for the whole 4 weeks. If you want to join send me a PM though messenger https://www.facebook.com/Health-Happens-Along-The-Way-with-Coach-LeeAnn-100650231693596 or email me healthhappens_leeann@outlook.com
