March Supper plan

We are heading into the third month of the year March, the past two months have flown by. I will be doing a modified Fuel cycle this month, what is modified I will be alternating my E and FP days. I am doing this in hopes of not getting so drained on my FP day by not having them back to back. This will be the first time I fry this but my hope is that it will still give me the results I want while making those days more manageable. You will notice the suppers for these days below in blue. The full fuel cycle menu I will be using can be found there, as well as a place to post for daily accountability and process throughout the two weeks. Keep in mind Fuel cycles are for those that know the THM plan and have been following it for at least 2 months, are not pregnant or nursing, and are needing to kick-start your weight loss or to reset. Why am I doing one, I feel my body could use an extra push to loss the last few pounds for the goal I have set for myself before turning 35.


I only meal plan suppers for the month for our family of 5, and freestyle my other meals.Two days a week are leftover nights,this gives me a break from cooking, and helps keep food waste down. Occasionally on these nights we don’t have any leftovers, that is when we do a fend for yourself night, or I make a simple meal out of pantry staples. We tend to eat more S meals for supper since these are the meals the family enjoys most and I do not handle carbs in the evening . They tend to keep me up at night, but there are a few E meals on the menu. I keep the sides simple and will often change them the day of the meal if I am feeling like something different, or a family member requests a different side. Most importantly this is a plan and plans sometimes change, and that is ok. I don't follow my meal plans to a tea, food cravings happen, for myself and the family. It's ok to be flexible.
