June 2021 Suppers

The school year is coming to an end, and with it comes the fun of summer. During the summer I find it very important to have a meal plan, we get busy playing or working outside and supper time can sneak up on us. To Stay prepared I will look at my meal plan in the morning to get meat out of the freezer and prep anything I can.

Our youngest has a birthday this month so as is tradition in our home she gets to pick supper for the family that night. This year she wants ribs, I was excited that she picked something that's easily made THM.

In full disclosure one of these weekends we will not be following what I have planned at all, as we will be going camping, but we are not sure when yet. Be on the lookout for the THM friendly camp food post coming soon.
