March Supper plan

As March draws near it's time to plan those suppers. I know the weather will soon be warming up so I am getting in more soups before it does. The majority of the suppers I have planned for March are S meals, so I will be having my E's earlier in the day, I find this helps me sleep better and my family seems to like those S meals better. The recipes are from all over this month, as I have chosen some from blogs, the official THM cookbooks, Briana Thamas's Necessary Food, and Glenda Groff's Around the Family Table. As always I have 2 nights each week for leftovers, this works with our family schedule, and helps keep the food waste down.














For this month I am also giving you Sunday prep ideas and night before tips to make your cooking go smother, nothing is worse than not having your meat thawed and ready to go.

March is also the month that I am going to start adding freezer meals to the freezer, to help prepare the the nicer days ahead where we are outside and need quick to grab meals. To start with I will make 2 of every casserole this month one to eat one to freeze. I will also brown or cook extra, diced chicken and ground meat, so I can thaw and use as needed in coming months. I will keep a list of what goes into the freezer so I have it to look at when planning meals.
