September is rolling in, summer ending, fall coming, back to school, and schedule changes meaning having a plan for feeding the family healthy suppers is a must. Having a supper meal plan helps keep the guesswork out of what to have for supper, and keeps me on plan with Trim Healthy Mama. Like every month I have 2 leftover nights a week, these keep food waste down as well as help keep me from getting overwhelmed cooking every night. Every supper is Trim Healthy mama friendly, and yes mostly S meals. Why S meals? These are the meals my family likes best, and I find I handle E meals better earlier in the day. It is simple to turn all these meals into XO’s for your growing children by adding a simple Carb source to the S meal such as bread, potato, rice, or my favorite, give them some fruit.

Recipes are from the 3 official THM cookbooks or linked to online for the most part there are a few meals without recipes, these are meals that are easy to throw together and I never use a recipe, but recipes can easily be found in the cookbooks or online if needed.
