Supper Time August 2021

August is almost here, time to get those supper plans. As always these meals are all Trim Healthy Mama friendly. I leave 2 days each week for leftovers, if we are out of leftovers I either come up with something easy or let everyone fend for themselves. This is doable since our kids are 10, 12, and 14. I will switch up meals if we feel like having something different, are out of a needed ingredient, or just feel too lazy to make what's on the menu. Part of making this successful is knowing this is a plan, a guid not set in stone and it is ok to make changes as needed. This month has recipes for the Trim Healthy Mama cookbook (THC), Trim Healthy Table (THT), Trim Healthy Future (THF), and some blogs.
