Meal Planning helps me feed our family of 5 healthy Trim Healthy Mama Meals, while saving us money and time. We do 2 leftover nights each week to prevent food waste, save money, and to make it easier on me. I will make changes as needed throughout the month like if we really want something else, was unable to get something at the store if we have company, or go elsewhere to eat.
With 3 children from 9-14 needing crossovers I easily add, bread/butter, potatoes, or fruit to S meals. To E meals they often like the addition of cheese. It is easy to make kids meals simple XO's by adding whole milk as it is a natural XO. I do not always give my kids XO since they are not on plan all the time at lunch.
