Supper time in October

October is coming fast, I don’t know about you but for us it is going to be a busy month. We have birthdays, weddings, baby showers, some overnights with extra kids, trap, and dance classes throughout the month. This means lots of easy to cook meals, crockpot meals, or meals I can prepare in the morning. As the weather cools off more soups will find their way on the menu, I just love a nice hot bowl of soup on cooler nights. I always leave 2 nights a week for leftovers to keep food waste down and to give myself a break from cooking. This works well since all our children are old enough to heat up their own food on these nights.

As always every meal is Trim Healthy Mama. More S meals than E or FP since these are the meals my family eats best, and I sleep better not having E meals at night.

Recipes are from the 3 official THM cookbooks or linked to online for the most part, although there are a few meals without recipes, these are meals that are easy to throw together and I never use a recipe, but recipes can easily be found in the cookbooks or online if needed.
