For the month of December I used all the THM compatible cookbooks I have. The Trim Healthy Mama cookbook, Trim Healthy Table, Trim Healthy Future, Around the family Table, and Necessary Foods. If a recipe I used from Around the family Table, and Necessary Foods is available on their blogs I will link to them for you.
This months suppers are mostly S meals, and I did not plan sides so I will be winging them as I go, using mostly a cooked vegetable or side salad most nights. I have also planned 2 off plan meals for the family, Christmas eve and new years eve, I may decided to tweak these meals to be on plan or make myself onplan food those day, or just go off plan for that one meal, I am yet to decide what I want for those days.
When I plan for a month of suppers I always work in leftover nights and go into the month knowing I can always switch out meals if I choose. I do not go into the month thinking this is what we must eat and if someone in the family has a request at some point during the month I try to fit that in for them.

My goal is to feed the family in a simple healthy way with very little waste, so if there is a point when there is extra leftovers in the fridge we will have an extra leftover night.
