What's going on for Supper in November

With a family of 5 I find it works best if I meal plan a month worth of suppers at a time. We plan on 2 nights of leftovers a week, one of those nights being Tuesday when our youngest (Kayla) has dance class. My husband (Jason) works nights Monday through Thursday so on those days it's just the kids and myself at home for supper. Meals are not set in stone if someone has a special request I try to work that in, or if I don't get to the store to get what's needed for a meal I go with what we have on hand. Not making extra trips to the store is one way we save money. This month I aqn planning a mix of recipes from trim healthy table (THT) and the trim healthy mama cookbook (THC)

Some of these meals take more work than others, I will prep most of them in the morning as that is how I make things work. I get as much prep done in the morning for all the food for the day so if I get busy meals are ready to go. This is one of the perks to working from home I have the extra time in the morning to prep the food for the day.
